Coca-Cola Beverages Africa- Botswana requires the services of a Key Accounts Manager reporting to the Country Commercial Manager. The role requires leading and managing the execution of Key Accounts strategies in the country, ensuring required revenue and Margin growth in these strategic channels.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Outputs and Accountabilities• Manage national adherence to trading terms and contracts. Implement tactical plans by key account customers.
• Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
• Manage the implementation of execution elements as per the Look of Success for all key account channels and Alternative Beverages.
• Oversee customer relationships and engagements.
• Identify key customer grouping that could potentially form part of key accounts
• Grow Key Account and Alternative Beverage Volume and Value.
• Build effective relationships with Key Account customers
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet
• Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team
members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
Judgement and decision making• Inform critical decisions with regards to Local Customer Management and Key Accounts within a particular
geography.
• Management of Strategy particularly the execution of channel strategy developed centrally.

• Sales Analysis and Reporting Skills, Experience & Education Qualifications• A relevant commercial degree or equivalentExperience:• Minimum of 5-7 Years relevant experience.
• Proven track record in Sales–including a Knowledge of Sales and Market trends and needs.
• Strong commercial capability
• Leadership
